Appex Estates is a leading luxury development company founded on an ethos of bespoke sustainable design and architecture. With a focus on unique, minimally intrusive and holistic designs, Appex Estates has become a specialist in architecture that seamlessly blends to the natural surroundings and local architectural culture. Across a range of infrastructural, residential and commercial projects, Appex Estates focused on developing net zero energy buildings (NZEB) while promoting connection and communication with nature through innovative and high end subtle design as much as possible.

With over 25 years of experience in creating and investing in technology startups, I am a co-founder of Angel Capital Ventures, Betoto.com, Media 24 and Appex Estates. I have supported disruptive tech ventures in sectors such as gaming, proptech, and fintech, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI and blockchain. I have also developed and implemented effective marketing and customer acquisition strategies, and built a strong network of investors who share my vision and mission. With a background in engineering and economics from Cornell University and the University of Michigan, I have the skills and knowledge to excel in new business development and start-up leadership.

Entrepreneur with experience in Banking & Financial Industry, CFO in a number of real estate and hospitality companies.

With a background in Fine Art and Fashion Design studies in Greece and Italy, I have built a diverse professional career across the creative industries and the real estate sector. I have held key positions in established companies, where I was responsible for managing product workflows, coordinating deliveries, overseeing invoicing processes, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Over the years, I have developed a strong skill set in operations, client relations, and administration, always committed to efficiency and attention to detail. My experience working with both local and international clients has shaped my ability to adapt, solve problems, and contribute to business growth with a positive mindset and a professional approach.
